Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yoohoo.Guru (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and InTellMe ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Platform Services

Yoohoo.Guru is a marketplace that connects Posters (service seekers) with Gurus (service providers). We are not a party to any agreement between Posters and Gurus.

We do not:

• Employ, supervise, or control Gurus
• Guarantee the quality of services provided
• Perform background checks during Phase 1
• Verify claimed skills or qualifications
• Provide insurance for jobs completed through the Platform

5. Payments & Escrow

All payments must be processed through the Platform. Funds are held in escrow until the Poster confirms job completion.

• Posters must fund the job before work begins
• Gurus receive payment after Poster confirmation
• Disputes are handled through our resolution process
• Platform fees are deducted from Guru payments

Off-platform payments are prohibited and void all Platform protections.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post or complete jobs in prohibited categories
• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Circumvent Platform fees or payment systems
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with Platform operations

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTELLME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between users should first be resolved through our in-platform resolution process. If resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington County, Tennessee.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

We may terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
