Acceptable Use & Prohibited Categories Policy

1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the Yoohoo.Guru website, mobile applications, and related services operated by InTellMe.

"Poster" refers to any user who creates a job listing seeking services.

"Guru" refers to any user who offers services or applies to complete job listings.

"Job" refers to any service request or offer made through the Platform.

"Category" refers to the classification of jobs based on risk level and regulatory requirements.

2. Tiered Categories System

Yoohoo.Guru uses a tiered category system to manage risk and ensure user safety. All jobs must fall within an approved category. Jobs that do not fit an approved category or that violate our Red Tier restrictions will be removed.

3. Green Tier (Permitted)

Green Tier categories are low-risk services that require no special licensing, certifications, or supervision. These include:

• Yard Work — general landscaping, weeding, garden maintenance
• Mowing — lawn mowing and edging
• Raking — leaf removal and yard cleanup
• Snow Removal — shoveling, snow blowing (non-commercial)
• Hauling — transporting items, dump runs
• Junk Removal — clearing unwanted items
• Moving Help — loading, unloading, packing assistance
• Errands — grocery shopping, package pickup, general tasks
• Car Wash — exterior and interior vehicle cleaning
• Furniture Assembly — assembling ready-to-assemble furniture
• Pet Walking — dog walking, pet exercise (adults only)

4. Yellow Tier (Caution)

Yellow Tier categories involve moderate risk and may require additional verification or disclaimers. Users must acknowledge the inherent risks. These include:

• House Cleaning — interior cleaning services
• Interior Painting — non-structural painting
• Picture Hanging — wall mounting, art installation
• Light Handyman — minor repairs not requiring permits
• Furniture Repair — basic furniture fixes
• Appliance Install — non-hardwired appliance setup

Yellow Tier jobs must not involve any work that would require permits, licenses, or professional certifications under Tennessee law.

5. Red Tier (Strictly Prohibited)

The following categories are strictly prohibited on Yoohoo.Guru. Any attempt to post, apply for, or complete a Red Tier job will result in immediate account termination:

• Childcare or Supervision — any job involving minors (under 18)
• Elderly or Vulnerable Adult Care — any job involving vulnerable populations
• Medical Services — any healthcare, nursing, or medical assistance
• Transportation of Minors — driving anyone under 18
• Licensed Trade Work — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural
• Legal or Financial Services — anything requiring professional licenses
• Massage or Bodywork — any physical therapy or body treatments
• Adult Services — any adult-oriented or sexual services
• Weapons or Ammunition — any firearms-related services
• Illegal Activities — anything prohibited by federal, state, or local law
• Hazardous Materials — asbestos, lead, chemical handling

6. Enforcement

Yoohoo.Guru reserves the right to:

• Remove any job listing that violates this policy
• Suspend or terminate accounts without notice for policy violations
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement
• Cooperate with investigations by law enforcement agencies
• Pursue legal action for damages caused by policy violations

All enforcement decisions are at the sole discretion of InTellMe.

7. Reporting Violations

If you see a job listing or user that appears to violate this policy, please report it immediately:

Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Emergency safety concerns should be reported to local law enforcement first.
