Payment Information (Gurus only)

• Stripe Connect KYC data — collected and processed by Stripe, not stored by us
• This may include: legal name, date of birth, last 4 digits of SSN, bank account information

Usage Data

• Job postings and applications
• Messages between users
• Reviews and ratings
• Device and browser information
• IP address and approximate location

Optional Information

• Profile photo
• Bio and skills description

3. Why We Collect It

• To provide the service — matching Posters with Gurus, processing payments
• To verify identity — email and phone verification, Stripe KYC
• To ensure safety — fraud prevention, policy enforcement, dispute resolution
• To improve the Platform — analytics, bug fixes, feature development
• To communicate with you — transactional emails, support responses
• To comply with law — legal obligations, law enforcement requests

4. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing and identity verification
• Mapbox — location services and mapping
• Cal.com — scheduling and calendar integration
• LiveKit — video calling (future feature)
• Supabase — database and authentication

• Account data — retained while your account is active, plus 7 years after deletion for legal compliance
